Timbabuild EHB60 is a slow cure, high build, solvent free, epoxy resin designed to fill wood cavities up to 60mm deep. Perfect for wooden surfaces that have been damaged or where rot has occurred. The resin is easy to mix, fill, sculpt and shape once applied. Once cured, it is easily sanded and paint for a finish that is as good as new.
The dual cartridges extrude together at a 1:1 ratio to be mixed and used immediately.

Application
- Route out rotten timber with a router or chisel
- Apply EWS hardener (wood hardener primer)
- Extrude onto board - best to leave first 5cm to waste to ensure best results if second application using previously used tubes
- Apply, shape and smooth with a putty knife
- Sand to finish with P120. The ultimate combination is the Mirka DEOS Sander and Abranet 81 x 133mm. Hand sanding is also affective but not as fast.
