Make Spooky Halloween Trays With Our 6-Pc. Tray Kit!

Our 6-Pc. Halloween Tray making kit has everything you need to make chip & dip, cheese & cracker, and candy serving trays. By gluing-up your scrap stock (2" thick seems to work best) and using different species of wood you can make truly beautiful serving trays. And who doesn't like to use (or receive as a gift) custom trays?

The 1/2"-thick MDF templates are CNC machined and drilled with countersink mounting holes. The kit also includes a CNC-machined router collet extension to give you more than 2" of additional reach. The collet extension works with all of your 1/2" shank router bits. We recommend using our 12" x 12" large router base (115-032) for extra support when routing the trays.
