Where do these Cool files come from? 

Melissa Jones, of Hytek Tools, is constantly creating these in her free time. It's mostly to add more value to our machine packages, but really she enjoys making them. She uses Aspire v11.5 by Vectric to create. Melissa talks a little about creating them in this older Veterans Day special video:
